Returns & Refunds will accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days from delivery date.  However, shipping costs will not be refunded and it is the buyers responsibility to return the goods.


Due to hygiene regulations, all opened and used items can not be returned or exchanged. If you have a particular allergy or sensitivity you are concerned about, please contact me prior to placing your order and I will be happy to offer advice.

Damage and losses are dealt with on a case by case basis. All parcels are shipped using a signed for service and tracking numbers will be emailed once goods are dispatched.  Please save your packaging and contact me immediately should the goods arrive damaged.

It is the buyers responsibility to send back the damaged or defective product to receive a refund. Shipping charges of the incoming damaged item will be reimbursed once received.  All goods must be returned via Royal Mail signed for service so you have a tracking number.

Please note: For damaged items they must be reported to within 48 hours of delivery referencing your order number to be eligible for a refund.  Refunds will be issued providing the goods are returned within 30 days of the original dispatch date.
